At the house ofGCER, we are corrosion experts. Our expertise extends to boilermaking, polyester piping, and shrink-wrapped thermoplastics. We put our know-how at the service of various industries, whether handling extremely aggressive fluids in the chemical sector or treating sensitive fluids such as water intended for human consumption, thanks to our SNF certification.

Founded almost 25 years ago in Sousse, Tunisia, near its strategic port,GCERhas enjoyed remarkable success from the outset. A key player

In just a few years,GCERhas established itself as a major player in the manufacturing of equipment, piping networks, polyester and thermoplastic sheaths (PRV/SVR/FRP). We produce equipment suitable for sectors as varied as chemicals, fine chemicals, oil and gas, energy, environment, food, pharmaceuticals, seawater desalination units, as well as emerging fields such asdecarbonization and hydrometallurgy.

We manufacture large-scale equipment, up to 7 meters in diameter, including pressure and vacuum devices designed to withstand earthquakes. Our shrink-wrapped thermoplastic products (PVC, PVC-C, ECTFE, PPH, PFA) meet the most demanding standards, including NF 13-121 and DT 15, categories A/B/C. By exporting to all continents, we master international standards, including American ones.

Thanks to the certificationMSI 20,000, we are recognized among the top five companies in terms of financial management, a valuable guarantee for our clients on complex and long-term projects.

Our equipment meets food standards, meeting the requirements of the agro-industry, whether for human or animal food. Furthermore, our qualifications in fire network piping surpass those of steel networks. Unlike the latter, our polyester solutions are not subject to the effects of corrosion due to stagnant water and allow a pressure of 16 bars with reduced maintenance.

We also have unique expertise for areasATEX(explosive atmospheres), with equipment and gratings reinforced by the integration of carbon nanotubes.

Located on our production site, our in-house training school offers our employees the opportunity for continuous development on modern machinery. This training makes tasks less repetitive and much more precise, under the supervision of APAVE France.
