Upon receipt of your consultation, we conduct a compatibility study to ensure optimal chemical resistance of your devices. Our design office then performs all the necessary calculations to ensure adequate mechanical resistance to environmental conditions such as wind, snow, earthquakes, pressure, etc.
At the house of GCER, we systematically size the devices for a lifespan 20 years old, and the liner part or anticorrosion is carried out on contact to ensure optimal impregnation and minimal bubble rate.
We provide modern, fully ventilated workshops, ensuring optimal working conditions and maximum safety for our staff. Our workshops are equipped with modern equipment and operated by highly qualified teams who receive ongoing training to keep their skills up to date.

GCER, we have 14 workshops which allow us to offer you a complete range.
For your piping networks, our boilermaking workshop creates your supports. Our shot blasting and sandblasting workshop prepares the parts before sending them to the paint shop. Our framework workshop manufactures the peripheral frameworks for your equipment as well as their access points. GCER has a flat slab for carry out dry assemblies of equipment and frames, thus eliminating on-site problems during installation.

can manufacture in position, ensuring perfect verticality of large devices.
We have the necessary software to size the equipment we manufacture, particularly pressure vessels, with calculations performed using finite element methods validated by notified bodies. Our skilled and qualified personnel are responsible for producing these devices in strict compliance with the required procedures. Once manufactured and installed on the test bench, they are pressurized for rigorous inspections.
During the manufacturing process, we send you progress reports with photos. Our doors are always open to welcome you and arrange for your finished products to be received. GCER has a transport and logistics department that handles all administrative and customs formalities. We carefully package your equipment and load it onto the ship ourselves, ensuring direct delivery to your site.
